Services Offered


We offer services that help residential home Owners give their property a space lift, making it more visually appealing and efficiently organized. We coach Owners through the process of revitalizing their property by helping them organize and rearrange with items they own first, then suggesting what items might further enhance the space. Cincinnati Home Stagers works within the individual Owner’s budget, personal style and specific staging needs, offering our services at a variety of levels. We work in partnership with the Owners to identify what steps to take to refresh their homes, giving them as much or as little help as they desire. It is our goal to leave the Owner with a revitalized space that is peaceful, attractive and easy to maintain.
Initial Consultation: Free, 30 minutes	Get to know us and the services we offer so that you can see how Cincinnati Home Stagers can refresh your space. This consultation occurs in the privacy of your own home.
Consultation: 3 hours total on site	We walk through your property, beginning at the street, touring all rooms in the home and ending in the backyard. We evaluate each room within the home as well as exterior spaces and provide an in-depth, written report on the steps necessary to effectively stage each area of your property. Included with this package is a 1 hour, post-staging walk through by our professional stagers. If you’re ready, willing and able to do the work yourself, but don’t know how to start, this could be for you.
Complete Staging: Bid will be provided, time depends on scope of work	As with the Consultation, we begin by walking through your property, starting at the street, touring all rooms in the home and ending in the backyard. After understanding the scope of the project, Cincinnati Home Stagers will generate a fixed price proposal for us to complete the staging process. During a Complete Staging Cincinnati Home Stagers may suggest that the Owners purchase furniture, artwork or accessories but it is the Owner’s decision as to what to purchase, when to purchase, and how much to spend. This is a great option for the individual who would like Professionals to come in and handle all the details, a very time-consuming endeavor.
Tailored Consultation/Staging: Bid will be provided, time depends on scope of work	Cincinnati Home Stagers offers a flexible, a la carte, option for both the Consultation and Staging services. With the Tailored option, Cincinnati Home Stagers and the Owner work to identify specific areas in the property to be staged. This is a great way to quickly deal with ‘problem areas’ in your home.
Please note: Cincinnati Home Stagers will work with you to identify professional cleaners, painters, and landscapers. However, we do not directly provide these services. Cincinnati Home Stagers is available to do your furniture & accessory shopping for a small fee.
